
Paul Haley, Director
Paul Haley is a life-long resident of Weymouth who represented the town as a state representative from 1991-2001. He chaired the House Ways and Means Committee from 1995-2001 and was instrumental in securing state funding for the libraries in Weymouth and across the Commonwealth. Paul is still active in the town serving as Chairman of the Board of Assessors. He is a senior executive at a major Wall Street firm assisting state housing finance authorities finance affordable housing developments across the nation. Paul is a retired US Navy Captain with thirty years of combined active and reserve service as a naval aviator. His wife Jacqueline is an attorney and former high school teacher at Weymouth High School. They are proud parents of three adult children.
